The AHA (Vic) membership includes hospitality specific support relating to all your workplace / employee associated matters including; unfair dismissal claims and general protection claims (representation at conciliations), support for any alleged underpayment of employee entitlements, bullying and harassment claims and most other employee related issues arising in the day-to-day management of your business.
AHA (Vic) has become aware of third party organisations contacting members and offering similar support on a fee-for-service contract arrangement.
